It works beautifully, I love the super fast heat up, and also like the fact that I don't have to worry about accidentally forgetting to turn the iron off with the auto-shut off feature. The iron is amazing, and came with a case (another plus). I'm just overall so glad I made the investment. My hair is happy, it doesn't break or snag like how my hair did with the Chi iron.
